Welcome   We have a system of assembling the Dinner of Champions event book in a digital environment. For ease of handling we prefer electronically submitted ads created on the Macintosh platform. We have the ability to handle hardcopy, film, and IBM created ads but they slow the production process. The following is a list of recommendations that will greatly aid in expediting your ad into production. Although we would like submissions in the following format, we understand that you may not have the ability to do so. Please review the following criteria.

*Note about file compression     If you have a number of files that you will need to email or FTP, it would be recommended and appreciated if you could compress (Macintosh: stuff, Windows: Zip) the files into a single expandable .sit or .zip file. This will facilitate the time it takes to transmit files over the internet.

Trim Size 7" x 10" Live Area 6" x 9" Bleed Size 7 1/4" x 10 1/4"

Color Specifications

All ads are single color. Gold ads will be printed with gold ink, Silver ads will be printed with silver ink and Black ads will be printed with black ink. All ads are printed on white paper.
